Caroline Wade started WADE PR after 16 years in the PR industry and becoming a lone parent to her 3 month old daughter Athena. Caroline is passionate about giving talented and experienced PR women the chance to flourish in their careers while juggling the joy of being a mother. At WADE PR women are given the opportunity to work in a truly flexible way. Most can work from home and have hours which fit around the demands of being a parent.

Becoming a mother doesn't delete career know-how, creativity or clever thinking. We would also argue that it grows rather than stifles ambition - whether to boost family income or so your child can really see who you are and what you are capable of. By offering a reasonable and practical work solution we believe we can attract and retain the best talent.
